XIVI offers returns or exchanges within 30 days. This requires all items to be in their regular condition.

You can request a free shipping label under the “your orders” section by clicking on the order you would like to return or exchange and filling out the information needed from there. 

If you plan to exchange an item. We will ship out a new item as soon as we receive a shipping notification (indicating the shipment was sent out) to assure you will receive your new product as quickly as possible. 

When using a discount code, you will only be reimbursed the amount you originally paid on the item(s).

If a product is damaged, follow the steps above and there will be a prompt for damaged items. We apologize for the inconvenience and will ship out a new item as soon as we receive a shipping notification (indicating the shipment was sent out) to assure you will receive your item as quickly as possible.
